VCU & Children’s Hospital Of Richmond
A project I worked on for ND&P in Richmond, was the VCU Hospital and Children’s Hospital Of Richmond merger. An announcement had to be made, and a simple but creative one at that. One that was in keeping with both brands even though they were now one. The solution was to take an iconic approach using the parent company logo, and using graphic representations associated with children and play to convey the new partnership. I developed this series of representative icons shown here whose simplicity allows them to work well across all media with the same desired impact. The strategy was successful, with the client taking these concepts and incorporating them into the bigger brand picture through their agency.
